He is survived by: his wife Brenda Rigel; his children, William Rigel, Mark Rigel, Dwight Rigel and Pamela Rigel; his stepsons, Alfred English and Ron English; and his sister Judy Schindler. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
