He is survived by: his wife Marsha Smith; his children, Erica Smith and Adam Smith; his grandson Aaron Smith; and his siblings, Sandy Helferstay (Fred), Marion Helferstay (late Steve), Arthur Smith (Nancy) and Jill Lentz.
