He is survived by: his wife Patty Phipps (Spence); his children, Roger Phipps (Cathy) of Ironton, Bryan Phipps of Herculaneum, Susan Weidner (late Butch) of Panama City, FL and Anita (Gregg); his grandchildren, Kenny Phipps, Ashley Winston (Derek), Megan Phipps, Aaron Phipps, Brandy Stamps (Robbie), Josh Weidner, Sarah Weidner, Taylor Oberkramer (Richie), Ian DeRousse and Hannah DeRousse; and his great grandchildren, McKenna, Skylar, Avery and Evelyn.
