He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Foster and Helen P. Smith Foster; and his siblings, Jo Ann Houseman and Douglas Foster. He is survived by: his children, Keith Foster (Becky) of Perryville and Karen Reece (Jason) of Perryville; his grandson Robert Reece (Madison) of Oak Ridge, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, J. D. Houseman (late Jo Ann) of Springfield, Missouri, Polly Huckstep (Jerry) of Jackson and Phyllis Huckstep (late Terry) of Jackson.
