She is survived by: her sons, Leonard Mullins of New Athens, IL, LeRoy Mullins (Sherry) of St. Louis, Danny Mullins (Pat) of St. Louis, Stanley Mullins (Colleen) of St. Louis and Mike Mullins (Jeanie) of Foley, MO. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
