He is survived by: his wife Rose Mildred Hayes of Perryville, Missouri; his daughters, Velma Jean Craft (Terry) of Perryville and Tammy Hahn (Wayne) of Perryville, Missouri; his brothers, Floyd Hays of Waterloo, Jim Hayes of High Ridge and Eual Hayes of Perryville, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Cody Heim, Tyler Heim, Mindy Hahn and Brittney Stueve.
