He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo B. Paulus and Mildred Paulus (Claussen); and his siblings, Bernard Paulus (Booze), Oliver Paulus (Obie), Eileen Paulus and Pauline Paulus Tucker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zoellner; his children, Mary Paulus-Schremp of Perryville, Tom Paulus (Leslie Cipolla) of Manchester, MA, Tim Paulus (Sandy Ruessler) of Perryville, Dave Paulus (Toni Broeker) of Fenton and Rich Paulus of Perryville; his siblings, Mary Dyer of Conway, Elta Cattoor of Perryville, Roger Paulus of Perryville, Russell "Rut" Paulus of Perryville, Albert Paulus (Mick) of Perryville, Jim Paulus of St. Louis, Harold Paulus of Columbia, MO and Bob Paulus of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Schremp, Tyler Paulus, Danielle Schremp, Sierra Etzold, Nicholas Schremp, Kennedy Paulus and Ellie Paulus. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
