He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert A. Buchheit and Mae C. L'Hote Buchheit (Moore); his brother Rick L'Hote; and his sister-in-law Joan L'Hote. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer L'Hote-Gaston (Ryan) of Lake Jackson and Jolene L'Hote of Santa Barbara, California; his siblings, Carol Wingerter (Lester) of Perryville, MO, Kay Hagan (Michael) of St. Louis, MO and Louie L'Hote of St. Louis, MO; his stepsisters, Catherine Koenig (Larry) of Perryville and Louise Jausel of Cape Girardeau; and his grandchildren, Ava Gaston and Ethan Gaston.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Vincent Parish or American Cancer Society.
