He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Frederich and Paula Elizabeth Thurm (Grebing). He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hopfer of Perryville, Linda Brotherton (Kyle) of Jackson and Stephen Thurm (Debra) of Frohna. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
