He was predeceased by: his parents, Lannie Louis and Irene Turlin (Seabaugh); and his sister Joan Hallquist. He is survived by: his children, Torry Turlin of Perryville and Dana Hogard (Kerry) of St. Mary; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Brooke and Ryker.
