She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hayden and Ruth Hayden (Hornberger); and her grandchildren, Addison Sue, Brooklynn Ann, Callie Jo and Daisy Faith Hayden.
She is survived by: her children, Brett Hayden (Ashli) of Marble Hill, MO, Lacey Blake (Lava Subasena) of Cape Girardeau, MO and William D. Blake of Perryville, MO; her grandchildren, Dalton, Joshua, Izayic and Emmaline; her sister Michelle; and her nieces and nephews, Brooke Lukefahr (Matt), Tess Crum (Kasey), Abby Jochens (Nick), Annie Hayden, Andrew Hayden (Myranda), Brendan Uchtmann and Joshua Uchtmann. She is also survived by Three Great-Nieces, and Four Great Nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hutchings - Pendergrass Funeral Chapel. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
