She is survived by: her parents, William Sample of Cape Girardeau and Tiffany Kasten of Perryville; her siblings, Christian Sample of Perryville, Serenity and Savannah Sample of Perryville; her grandparents, Douglas Kasten of Jackson and Ivyline Luttrell; her stepgrandfather Gary Luttrell of St. Louis; her grandfather Tony Sample of Jackson; and her great-grandparent Ruby Kasten of Perryville.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCombs Funeral Home & Cremation Center (640 W Independence St, Jackson, MO 63755). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Russell Heights Cemetery (435 S Farmington Rd, Jackson, MO 63755).
