He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Rogers and Bronc Coberly; and his siblings, Delores Lee, Claude W, Isabel and Adoria Rosanne.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann; his wife Norma Irene Williams; his children, Connie Howard of Ottumwa, Linda Knisley of Laramie, Tommy Ray Jr. (Donna) of Madison, Teresa Coberly of Laramie, Mary Coberly of Madison and Frank Coberly (Joni) of Hannibal; and his sister Frankie Hicks of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great children, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
