She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barker and Florence Emma Thomas (Beckett); her husband Donald Smith; her grandchildren, Kelly Smith and Tyler Smith; her great grandchildren, Connor Montgomery and Oscar Pociask; and her siblings, Lois McCoy, Doris Cooper and Ronald Thomas.
She is survived by: her son Tackle; her friend Mary Wasson; her children, Stan "Butch" Smith (Kelly) of Sunrise Beach, Eddie Smith (Karen) of Perry, Sharon Hicks (Jeff) of Perry, Debbie Jackson (John) of Perry, Sandy Howald (Joe) of Center and Vince Smith (Zelda) of Perry; her grandchildren, Tim Smith (Amy), Lori Montgomery, Owen Smith, John Fry, Cory Fry (Alex), Marcy Engle (Jason), Carrie Zotti (Tony), Katie Jackson, Christy Pociask (Kyle), Cody Smith (Taylor) and Kylie McKenzie (Mike); and her brother Jerry Thomas (Carmen) of Conway, AK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Lick Creek Cemetery.
