She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas James and Mary Elizabeth Thomas Whelan; her husband Neil Wayne Woodhurst; her children, Kevin Woodhurst (Carolyn) of Lantana, TX and Kelly Richards (Eric) of St. Charles; her siblings, Steve Whelan (Marsha) of Hannibal, Gerald Whelan (Morgan) of Hannibal, Dan Whelan (Shari) of Hannibal, Kenny Whelan of Mexico, Mike Whelan (Sheila) of Douglasville, GA, Brent Whelan (Dawn) of Jefferson City, David Whelan of Columbia, Virginia Cruise (Don) of Jefferson City, Ruth Whelan of Thompson Station, TN, Jane Hickman (Steve) of Perry and Debbie Morawitz (Eddie) of Hannibal; her grandchildren, Landon, Lillyan Richards, Tyler, Justin and Kyle Billings; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Noah, Caden, Aiden and Avery; and her brother J. D. Whelan.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic everyone will be required to wear a mask inside the church.
