She was predeceased by: her son Jordan Flavin. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Esparza (Troy) of Serena, IL, Sara Knotts of Florida, Zech Knotts (Zoey) of Jacksonville, IL. and Dale Poage of Perry; her grandchildren, Austin Poage (Angela), Joann Hoelm (Jon) and Tonya Hawkins; her sisters, Karen Foss of Utica and Janet Merrick of Olney, IL; and her grandchildren, Naliana, Davon, Kalena, Nova, Maximus, Leni, Brody, Jara, Lexa, Helena, Alyssa, Brooke, Tara, Larry Dean, Jace, Jude, Jemma, Sofia and Lincoln. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
