He is survived by: his siblings, Dean Higley (Wilma), Eileen Woodyard (Don) and Robert Higley (Shirley); his daughter Sheryl Davidson (Brad) of Yorba Linda; his sister-in-law Wilma Higley (Dean) of Lake Havasu, AZ; his children, Michelle Altman (Ed) of Bumpass, VA, Patty Frieze (Rudy) of Albany, OR, Carol Hoener (James) of St. Louis, Kathleen Sartori (Richard) of St. Louis and Coleman Higley of Pacific, MO; his grandchildren, Alicia Hallerbach (Mike), Dorielle Davidson (Bob Wagonhoffer), Michael Frieze (Jade), Jessica Dale (James), Lindsey Frieze (Anthony Tarango), Amy Altman (Michael), Ed Altman III (Katie), Sam Altman (Emily), Abigail Sartori, Mary Kate Sartori, Tyler Higley, Alison Higley, Emily Higley and Madison Higley; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Brianna, Kyle, Rory, Michael, Benjamin, Caleb, Chloe, Ava, Liam, Opal, Ruby, Anthony and Adahlia.
