He was predeceased by: his son Mac Cummings; his parent Hugh Cummings; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Darlene Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Tami Dunlap; his son Tommy Cummings of Mexico; his grandchildren, Christina Genovese, Whitney, Isabella Cummings, Tyler and Logan Scheiner; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Cummings, Ericka Gilbert, Lillyona Baker, Jayden Jennings and Maria Cox.
