He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Logan and Lillian Louise Barrett Barnett, Sr.; his spouse Yetive Annette "Anne" Buzzard Bay; his children, Eric Bay (Julie) of Mexico and Shari (Bob); his grandchildren, Erica Reven, Turner Bay, Whitley Wilson, Mollyanne, Logan, Landry, Aubree Barnett, Bridget, Cristen McKenzie and Kelsi Blew; and his brother Ralph Logan Barnett, Jr.. He was also cherished by ten great grandchildren.
