He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Evelyn Hamilton; his children, Willard, Linda and Dorothy Ann; his parent Robert Welch; his spouse Linda L. Welch; his sons, Robert J. Welch Jr. (Danielle), Heath A. Welch (Angela) and Scott A. Welch (Trisha); his siblings, Willard Welch (JoAnn), Linda Lee Spencer and Dorothy Ann Turnell (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jake), Ashlyn (Cole), Colton, Gracie, Dylan, Sophia and Mason; and his great grandchild Harlee.
