She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Simmons, Sr.; her parents, Miguel Flores and Margaret Flores; her children, Keith and Margaret; and her siblings, Mike Flores and Eunice Flores.
She is survived by: her children, Mike, Eunice, Naomi, Rita, Martha, Deborah, David Flores, Anthony Simmons, Kenneth Simmons Jr., Davina Simmons and Sara Simmons; and her sisters, Naomi Castillo (Richard), Rita Castillo, Martha Marions (Jeff) and Deborah Lauver (Bill). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
