He is survived by: his mother Janis Gormly (Leavell); his wife Dianne Gormly (Douglas); his children, Damon Gormly, Matt Gormly (Kylie) and Katie Gormly; his siblings, Tammy Lawson (Vernon), Terri Gormly, Kelley Allen (Richard), Ted Gormly and Dennis Gormly; and his grandchildren, Adrionna, Marley, Grace, Michael, Bryant "Bear", Maddie, Daniel Jr. and Gavin.
