He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hart and Rosella Graff (Redick); his sister Colleen Ince; and his son Jeffrey D. Hart. He is survived by: his wife Debra Hart; his daughter Jennifer Fulk (Dan); his siblings, Becky McGrew (Mark) and Matt Roelofsz; and his grandchildren, J. D. and Drew.
