She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold A. Hunt and Wilma J. Hunt (Barnet); and her brothers, Glen Hunt and Carl Hunt. She is survived by: her husband Larry of Peculiar; her children, Laurie Whited of Peculiar, Jeffrey Whited (Paul) of Dallas and Jeanne Whited of Kansas City, Kansas; and her sister Susan Hunt-Marcum of Lee's Summit.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the BIG Creek Baptist Church (1517 MO-7, Pleasant Hill, MO 64080). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
