He is survived by: his wife Abigail Ferrari; and his children, Steven Douglas Smith of Spartanburg, SC, Tanya Renee Sirna of Pleasant Hill, MO, Jeffrey Scott Smith of Independence, MO, Todd Brant Smith of Greer, SC, Christopher Forest Smith of Lee's Summit, MO and Matthew Wade Ferrari of Belton, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
