He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin I. Morris and Laura Morris (Bricker); his wife Maxine; his son Mike Morris; and his sons-in-law, Darren Marolt and Randy Giebler.

He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Randall (Roger) of Lee's Summit, MO, Patty Giebler of Peculiar, MO and Debra Amerson (Dan) of Peculiar, MO; his grandchildren, Doug Randall (Angela), Steve Randall, Jessica Pisarik (Scott), Nathan Marolt (Kayleigh Kisner), Laura Marolt, Katelyn Amerson and Emily Amerson; his great grandchildren, Derrick Randall and Coleton Randall; and his niece Joann Hammonds of Harrisonville, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
