Douglas J. Manning Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas J. Manning of Peculiar, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Manning and Joan Manning; and his brother Russell Manning. He is survived by: his wife Judy Manning; his children, Della Booher (Joie), Thomas Manning (Hillary) and Sandra Hickey (Dan); his stepchildren, Andrea Matranga and Darin Matranga; and his siblings, Baryl Ann Griego (Max) and Lester Manning. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dickey Funeral Homes (2401 E Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO 64701). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions my be made to St. Croix Hospice and sent in care to Dickey Funeral Home, P.O. Box 432, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701.
