She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Thorton and Mary F. Reed (Crider); her husband Orville Everett Ervin; and her sisters, Betty Jo and Mary Lou.

She is survived by: her sons, Tad R. Ervin and Dennis Ervin; and her brother Tom Reed.
