He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Wood (Rob), Billy Phillips and Kenneth Phillips; his grandchildren, Roxanna Fultz (Kyle), Thomas Borkus (Taylor), Angela Wooten (Jeff), Billy Phillips, Jr. (Jessica), Tiffany Dusenbury, Josh Dusenbury (Philisha), Anthony Phillips, Megan Ingram (Tim), Christopher Dusenbury (Katlyn Phillips) and Dominique; his siblings-in-law, William Pitts (Pat) and Louise Pitts; his grandsons, Michael Borkus and Michael Dusenbury; his great grandchild Electra Werner; and his daughters-in-law, Angela and Sandra Phillips. He is also survived by twenty-six great-grandchildren.
