Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Violet Eileene Yost of Pattonsburg, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 87, on July 24, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Salmon and Jane Salmon (Stephens); and her sister Charlene Sperry. She is survived by: her husband Omer Yost (Worth); her children, Cindy Phillips (Bill) of Kansas City, MI and Stephen Yost (Lisa) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado; her siblings, John Salmon and Patty Gehle; her grandchildren, Adam Phillips (Gina), Caleb Phillips of Kansas City, Jessica Yost, Vern Yost, Katie Yost, Lilly Yost and Hannah Yost; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Yost and Kayli Tasker of Savannah, MI.
Due to Covid 19, a private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations or other contributions to be made in the spirit of Eileene's graciousness to Noyes Home for Children, 801 North Noyes Blvd., St. Joseph, Missouri 64506.
