He is survived by: his parents, Don Kunch of Waterloo, IA and Sandra Ihnen (Charles Siddens) of Bethany, MO; his sister Robin Booth (Rick) of Ridgeway, MO; his girlfriend Jill Peugh; his nephews, Caleb Booth (Hanna) of Ravenwood, MO and Mason Booth; and his stepdaughter Heather Holtmyer of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by two step-granddaughters; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
