He is survived by: his daughter Paige Roberts (Nick) of Pattonsburg, MO; his mother Norma Jean Ballard; his grandchildren, Maverick, Julia, Matthias and Kimber; his siblings, Tiffany Eaton (Donald), Crystal Urbina, Ryan Snyder (Brianna) and Chad Dilley; and his grandmother Louise Sutton.
