He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene L. Browning Sr. and Peggy Josephine Smith; his brother Eugene "Stoney" Browning Jr.; and his nephew Ryen Browning. He is survived by: his pets, Charlie, Little-Bit and Baby Cat; his children, Aaron Browning (Megan) and Jessica Sipes; his sister Pamela Mooney (Richard); and his grandchildren, Madison and Henry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
