It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lanny Dean Searcy of Pattonsburg, Missouri, born in Weatherby, Missouri, who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy E. Searcy and Genevieve Searcy (Mikes); and his great grandchild Everly Hulet. He is survived by: his close friend Leanna Thompson of Pattonsburg, MO; his children, Lana Dianne Kempf (Greg) of Boonville, MO, Linda Gray of Cameron, MO, Debbie Elder of Cameron, MO, Jimmy Wayne Teel (Brenda) and Kristie Hulet (Randy) of McFall, MO; his sister Janice Hardin (Richard) of Albany, MO; and his aunt Dorothy Anderson of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
