With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Eileen Mallen of Pattonsburg, Missouri, born in Altamont, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jordan and Wilma Jordan (Vanover); and her husband David K. Mallen. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Lambert (Craig), Douglas Sigman (Paula) and Darren Sigman (Ronda); and her grandchildren, Alyssa Lambert, Lindsey Parsons (Josh), Jessica Rickabaugh (Tanner), Eric Sigman (Holly), Brant Melvin (Ashley), Austin Melvin (Christen) and Jessica Keefer. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Poland-Thompson Chapel. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association and/or Mosaic Hospice.
