He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch "Budge" and Mary Cathern Francis (Weese); and his son Matthew Eldon Francis. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Cotter; his wife Ramona Carter Sutton; his daughters, Kelly Gilgour (Mitch) of Houston, TX and Kim Walters (Jeff); his stepchildren, Robert Sutton (Marianne) of Albany, MO and Shelly Garvey of Buffalo, MN; and his grandchildren, Kassie, Jessica, Lacey, Patrick, Michael, Webber and Meghan. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
