He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Allen and Gladys Allen (Woodring); and his sister Judy Olney. He is survived by: his siblings, Louetta Shaw (Ed) of Pattonsburg, MO, Vickie Knight (Jerry) of Eliston, IA and Roy Allen (Kay) of Gallatin, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
