He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Josephine Kolb and Herman Kolb. He is survived by: his parents, Robert McDaniel and Florence "Elaine" McDaniel (Kolb); his son Kaiden Robert McDaniel; his stepchildren, Devon Wilfong and Ceara Wilfong; his siblings, Carlen Geary (Brad), Jana Barlow (Chuck), Chasity Barrett and Joseph McDaniel (Danna); and his grandparents, Robert Lee McDaniel and Lessie Mae McDaniel. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
