He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Alvin and Elma Ruth Myers Brees; and his brothers, Donald and William Doyle Brees. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Brees of Patton; his sons, Robert "Bob" Brees Jr. (Tracy) of St. Louis and Anthony W. Brees of Patton, Missouri; his grandchildren, Erika Brees (Tim), Emily Brees, Nicole Westerman, Trinity Brees, Matthew Brees, Abbygail Brees and Hunter Brees; and his great grandchild Anne Niedbalski.
