He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton E. Hays and Jane Elizabeth Hays Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hays; his children, Milton E. Hays III (Kristi) of Sedgewickville, MO and Demetria Hays of Poplar Bluff, MO; and his siblings, Marvin Hays of St. Louis, MO, Sarah Crump of Florida and Barbara Goldschmidt of Missouri. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
