He was predeceased by: his parents, R. W. "Dub" and Ellouise Smith (Evans); and his brother Terry. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Margie" Phillips; and his children, Tom Smith (Susie) of Patton, Elly Hughes (Barry) of Jackson, Reggie Smith II of Patton and Elmer Smith (Marlene) of Patton.
