He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett James Bollinger and Eula Lucky Bollinger (Nelson) of Sedgewickville, MO; his sister-in-law Shirley Bollinger (Drum); his nephews, Eric Bollinger, Morgan Bollinger, Bradley Bollinger and Joseph Heidke; and also, Clarence and Hazel Robinson of Fredericktown, MO.

He is survived by: his children, David Mathias Bollinger of Sedgewickville, Benjamin Frederick Bollinger of Jackson, MO, Yancey Brian Bollinger (Lori) of Millersville, MO, Trusten Davault Bollinger (Jodi) of Sedgewickville, MO, Wyatt Lee Bollinger (Holly) of Sedgewickville, MO and Mariah Kay Bomar (Shannon) of Fruitland, MO.; and his siblings, Carl Bollinger (Janet), Edwin Bollinger, Elmer Bollinger (Patricia) and Katherine Bollinger. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
