He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Ann Jackson (Hand) of Fredericktown, Missouri.; and his close friend Randy Bateman. He is survived by: his parent Jesse Levi King (Donna) of Dittmer; his stepchildren, Audrey Hart (Lonnie) of Farmington and Tom Bateman (Jessica) of Milwaukee; his sisters, Lisa Whitener of Fredericktown, Missouri and Sandra King of Fredericktown, Missouri; and his half-siblings, Theresa King of Hillsboro, James "Beau" McCarver (Mary) of Anchorage, Roger King (Paula) of Cedar Hill, Robert King (Misty) of Edgerton, Brian King (Tracie) of Dittmer and James King (Leeann) of Dittmer, Missouri.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, many, many friends, and co-workers.
