He is survived by: his children, Walter Deckard, Michelle Wachter (Clifford) and Rene Westmoreland; his grandchildren, Adam Westmoreland (Crystal), Brandi Wachter, Tonya Deckard, Jamie Kopp (Derek), Tina Carron (David), Caleb Westmoreland (Macie) and Fifteen; his great grandchildren, Brendan, Raylin, Blake, Gavin, Ethan, Kenneth, Ameila, Kerry, Levi, Tanner, Skye, Madison, Marina and McArthur; and his siblings, Connie Crum, Charolette Zigler, Sharon Deckard and John Deckard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many family and friends.
