It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dye (Patterson, Missouri), born in Shelbyville, Missouri, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar J. Dye and Nellie Wilcox Dye; his siblings, Margaret Riley and Herbert Dye; and his uncles, Jack, Ed and Lawrence Wilcox.
He is survived by: his spouse Kathern Rosetta Kline; his daughters, Debbie Denham (Alan) of Shelbina, MO and Ronda Bowen of Shelbina, MO; his granddaughter Amanda Friesz (Brian) of Shelbina, MO; his great grandchildren, Taylor Friesz, Braydon Friesz and Ryder Friesz; his siblings, Junior Dye of Indiana, Eb Dye of Canton, MO and Dorothy Jane Thurston of St. Charles, MO; and his adoptive child Tracy Frye of Texas.
Memorials may be made to the Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Shelbina Christian Church, or Helping Hand of Clarence.
