He is survived by: his sons, Chris Blackburn of Parma, Carl Blackburn (Kaye) of New Madrid and Sam Blackburn (Janet) of Sikeston, Missouri; and his siblings, Charles Blackburn of Memphis, Tennesse, Chlotina Felker of Saint Louis Missouri and Pat Ann Tucker of Sun City, Arizona.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren.
