He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Allen and Viola Wheeler Allen; and his siblings, Vernie, Herbert, Leroy, Jimmie Doyle Allen, Lillie Williams, Lois Paul, Betty Batson and Isabel Sandusky.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Kinkade; his daughters, Sara Smith (Darren) of Clarkton and Susan Vance (Drew) of Cabot, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Allison Claire Smith, Tommy Allen Vance and Tyson Andrew Vance; his sisters, Ruth Lester of Jonesboro and Hazel Pickard of St. Genevieve; his sister-in-law Elsie Rasco (Don) of Parma; and his nephew Glen Allen (Ann) of Catron. He is also survived by children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
