We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2024, at the age of 95, Rosie Lee Johnson of Parma, Missouri, born in Newton, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rosie Lee departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rosie Lee may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rosie Lee leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. McBride and Ecelner McBride (Moncrief); and her spouse Charlie Johnson. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (125 W Stoddard St, Dexter, MO 63841). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
