He is survived by: his children, Carrie Waters of Malden, Kaneisha Waters of Malden, Lexia Waters of Malden, Akeida Waters of Clarkson, Demonica Rainey of Parma, Robert Water Jr. of Parma, Herman Jackson of Parma and Kendrick Thatch of Sikeston; and his siblings, Joann Waters of Barlett, Freddie Lattimore (Jennifer) of St. Louis, Art Lee Waters Jr. of Parma, LeRoy Waters (Kim) of Parma, John Waters, Tamela Cummings of Cape Girardeau, Kenneth Waters (Carolyn) of Cape Girardeau, Ray Waters (Umeka) of New Madrid and Larry Waters of Sikeston.
