He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ella Reinbott; his children, Allen Dugan (Angie) of Dexter, Missouri and Cindy Allen (John) of Catron, Missouri; his siblings, Tom Dugan (Martha) of Mansfield, Louisiana and Barbara Williams (Donnie) of Dexter; his grandchildren, Chris Allen of Parma, Kara Allen of Matthews and Alex Dugan of Dexter; and his great grandchild Lenox Baker.
